Your Flowing Energy

Bring balance back to your seven chakras and distribute refined life-force energy throughout the body. Unblock your energy in this series of yoga practices and crystal meditation for seven days.

The wilderness hideaway sits on Moyo Island, an unspoilt nature and marine reserve to the east of Bali. The only resort on the island, it is a private paradise surrounded by the turquoise waters and pristine reefs of the Flores Sea. The reefs are some of Indonesia’s best scuba diving and snorkelling spots. On land, the hilly tropical forests are crisscrossed by hiking trails, home to the island’s protected deer, macaques and wild boar.

Greet the morning sun with an energizing yoga session before a cleansing Chakra breakfast. Throughout the day, sound and colours, scent and nutrition are aligned with the respective Chakra we are working on. In the evening, a Chakra yoga session – focussing on one chakra per session, starting with the Root Chakra on the first and ending with the Crown Chakra on the last day - will relax you to be more calm and balanced for the night.

Connect your energy levels to both the mind and body during this retreat surrounded by the sound of nature.
