Yoga at the Beach is a combination of Hatha Yoga with some flow elements, for all age groups and all levels. A short meditation and pranayama at the end of each session allows the body to release the stress of the day, to feel relaxed and refreshed.
Alex started practicing yoga in 2010 to relief the stress caused by her demanding job in the corporate world. After having noticed the impact of yoga on her life and health, she decided to become a yoga instructor herself to pass this experience and knowledge on to other people.
